We are currently partnering with a well-known consultancy firm to help them establish their Life Sciences Advisory division. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a proven track record who wants to join an ambitious and dynamic organisation with significant growth plans. To be considered for this role, you must have solid experience in the Life Science sector within a Consultancy firm in the UK, ideally with a cost reduction/engineering background.

You will have the opportunity to take full responsibility for your division (sector development, revenue and profitability) and benefit from business referrals from their global parent company.

Our Client

Our client is a high growth consultancy backed by a global engineering and manufacturing powerhouse. They are stablished in the UK/EMEA and Asia markets and due to demand, they want to set up and develop their Life Science division with a focus on supply chain, cost, operating strategy and digital transformation.

To be considered for this role, you must have solid experience in the Life Science sector within a Consultancy firm in the UK, ideally with a cost reduction background.

About the role

The Advisory Practice Lead role will ensure:

  • Set up and lead the Life Science Advisory division for the UK with a focus on engineering, procurement, manufacturing with a digital focus.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their current needs around Delivery, Cost and Digital Transformation.
  • Assist with client pitches and dialogue (Business Development and client relationship management) with Pharmaceutical, Medtech and/or Health care.
  • Have a business development target along with the other Partners (Collaborative BD and hunting in a team)

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary £180,000 to £250,000
  • Generous performance and business development bonus of around £130,000
  • Private health insurance
  • Pension and other great benefits
  • The role is located in London but you can be based anywhere in England.

Working Location

The primary work location for the role is Central London and visits to their clients, when required.
