Your role as a Nurse Team Leader will include:
- Providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
- Oversee and coordinate the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents
- Develop and implement individualised and person-centred care plans based on residents' needs and preferences
- Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes or medical concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Promote a positive and supportive work environment
Qualifications and skills:
- At least two years care home experience
- Current registration with the NMC
- Well-developed clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks
- The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
- Professional confidence with a calm approach and the ability to set professional boundaries
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to your work

Salary: £22.29 per hour + overtime rates + benefits
