The opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telephone Protection Consultant (BDM) within Zurich’s ambitious Distribution team. You will initiate, develop, and maintain business relationships from your own panel of intermediary firms to exceed sales targets. Developing profitable relationships with intermediaries through structured sales calls, virtual meetings, and webinar presentations, with the ability to visit industry events in person. As this role is a targeted role, you will enter the current and competitive sales and distribution remuneration scheme. Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. What will you be doing?
- Be part of a supportive, fun, and challenging team with ambitious growth targets.
- Create, develop, and manage relationships remotely with key intermediaries to promote Zurich and drive protection sales, ultimately growing our market share.
- Demonstrate an understanding of how the intermediary business works: their current position, future aspirations and how Zurich can partner with them to make life easier.
- Promote the Zurich proposition predominantly using remote distribution methods such as telephone, Microsoft Teams meetings, webinars and social media.
- Be at the leading edge of understanding the marketplace and industry developments when dealing with distributors.
- Maintain product and market knowledge and apply this knowledge appropriately.
