We’re looking for a Project Manager based in our Lomondgate site. The Project Team covers the UK and Ireland, and there will be a frequent requirement to travel.

What you’ll do:
- Project Manage Aggreko projects for a Safe Project Delivery and Return (PDR) within the project budget.
- Ensure Safety first culture for all project sites, lead and encourage the site team to report any unsafe conditions, SWA & NCR’s.
- Ensure all major project enquiries are speedily reviewed to produce the required solution, design and supporting documentation (drawings and project design packs to enable timely, accurate quotes to be produced).
- Working with the PMO, ensure the PDR processes and procedures are adhered to for all Projects.
- Assist with high levels of conversion of the quotes to orders - ensure high quality technical and application support is made available to the Sector Sales teams (via SME’s as required) for all major projects.
- Prior to commencement of any work, set up and manage the PDR budget and a project P&L for all project orders over £250k - escalate any issues or challenges.
- Be responsible for the achievement of target profit on all major projects.
- Provide project management expertise and guidance for the site team, Sector Sales representative, and the procurement team for all major projects.
- Ensure the PDR value is delivered for the Customer & Aggreko.
- Work with Fleet Manager in the Fleet Planning process for specialist equipment mostly used on projects to ensure equipment is available at the right time.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Project Management qualification with proven experience.
- Experience of working at a management level and knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques (e.g. Six Sigma).
- Operational, people and project management experience as well as exposure to continuous improvement techniques would be advantageous.
- Competent and experienced manager.
- IT and Data Literate.
