We are seeking a Trainee Tailor at our Hackett Savile Row Store to create a memorable brand experience for our customers. The Tailor will assist the Store Manager and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all orders and production.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Customer experience: Work closely with the Head Cutter to offer the highest quality service, reflecting the brand values. Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail.
- Sales: Achieve the shop's commercial objectives and KPIs by conveying the brand's differential value to customers.
- Shop operations: Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, oversee all production timelines.
- Bespoke: Collaborate with the Tailor Coordinator on strategic projects for the brand. Report to the Head of Tailoring on matters related to the bespoke department.
- Cultural fit: Care for and be part of a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Experience in fashion retail.
- English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in retail logistics and operations.
- Experience managing bespoke customer databases.
- Experience in client management and clienteling.
- Strong team player with a commercial mindset.
