Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? Bluebell Park is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN teacher to join our supportive and forward-thinking team.

About Us:

At Bluebell Park we pride ourselves on providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential. Our specialist school caters to pupils with a range of needs including ASC, PMLD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The Role:

  • Plan, deliver and assess tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEN.
  • Create a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents, and external agencies.
  • Develop and implement Personal Learning Goals (PLGs).
  • Monitor pupil progress and adapt strategies as necessary.

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or other relevant settings).
  • Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills.
  • A patient, empathetic and resilient approach to teaching.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
