Established in 2020, we’ve quickly grown into one of Gloucestershire’s leading estate agencies, recognised for our honest advice and strong local reputation. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Progressor to help guide our clients smoothly from offer to completion.

About the Role: Sales Progressors play a vital part in the journey our clients take with us. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing property sales once an offer has been agreed, working closely with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other estate agents to keep everything on track. We pride ourselves on attention to detail, clear communication, and a friendly, personalised approach — and we’re looking for someone who shares those values. Experience in a Sales Progression role isn’t essential, but a strong understanding of the house buying process is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property sales from offer acceptance through to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other estate agents to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
  • Proactively monitor the progress of transactions and troubleshoot any delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the sales process.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, keeping clients informed and supported at every stage.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an office-based customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with great problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
  • Experience in sales progression, conveyancing, or mortgage advice would be a bonus, but not essential.

What We Offer:

  • A supportive and friendly work environment.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • Competitive salary plus additional bonuses.
  • 28 days’ holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) plus your birthday off.
