Work Shift: First (Days)

Overview: Comprehensive understanding of the entire billing cycle, including medical terminology, coding, charge entry, insurance adjudication, contractual agreements, payment posting, statements, and collections.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of multi-specialty coding experience with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and Modifier Coding preferred.
  • CCS or CPC certification required.
  • Experience working with coding denials for at least 3 years, correcting claims to ensure correct coding submission.

Education: High School Diploma

Certifications/Licensure: CCS or CPC required

Experience: Minimum 3 years in coding denials

Proficiency in CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and Modifier Coding (preferred)
