We are seeking an enthusiastic Dance Fitness/Zumba Instructor to lead high-energy classes in our vibrant studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dance, a motivating personality, and experience in creating engaging and effective workouts. Join our team and inspire our members to move, sweat, and have fun!

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive class environment.

Requirements

Physical Demands

1. Must be able to successfully demonstrate proper exercise techniques
2. Must be able to actively participate in classes
3. Must be in excellent physical condition to teach classes
4. Must be able to stand, move, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift
5. Must have the ability and willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
6. Current certification in indoor cycling instruction
7. High School Diploma preferred
8. Prior experience teaching group exercise classes is highly desired
9. Superior customer service skills
10. Must have excellent communication skills to work positively with different populations
11. Proficient computer skills
12. Must be at least 18 years old

2. Park in team member-designated areas
3. Club cleanliness is an all-team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep the club neat and clean
4. Assist with Service Day
5. Assist with acac programs, special events, or activities outside your department
6. Promptly return messages
7. Exhibit a positive attitude at all times
8. Deliver five-star service to members and guests with friendliness, direct eye contact, and a pleasant demeanor at all times
