We are seeking a friendly, professional and well-presented front of house team member to deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming experience for all guests and visitors. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers or guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information on services, bookings, menus and events.
- Take and manage reservations or check-ins using booking systems.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of your work areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, or event teams to ensure service runs smoothly.
- Handle customer queries or complaints calmly and escalate when necessary.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a Front of House, customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Basic IT or till system knowledge.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or holidays as required.
