Mortgage Advisor

Salary: Up to £30k basic car allowance commission (OTE £70-80k)

Location: Stroud

Our client is a highly rated independent Estate Agency with branches across the South West, and they're looking to take on another employed Mortgage Advisor based in their Stroud team however have other available areas around the Gloucester region. They're offering an impressive commission structure (25-45%), so the earning potential is great!

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their unique in-house software.
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• CeMAP qualified and CAS status
• At least 1 years’ experience in a mortgage and protection role
