Are you looking for a flexible role that could be full time, part time or even fit around school hours and holidays, while still offering real earnings and career potential? We’re growing our sales team and are looking for motivated, confident individuals to join us as Customer Development Managers — a key role in helping us connect with existing customers and book qualified appointments on tailored campaigns.

Earnings: £12.21p/h + commission (OTE of £40,000 pro rata)

Location: Nelson, Lancashire

Hours: Flexible part-time (e.g., 9:30 am – 2:30 pm, Mon–Fri, term-time only)

Contract: Permanent, part-time

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with our existing customer base to generate interest in new products or services.
  • Booking high-quality sales appointments for our field or account management teams.
  • Working campaign-specific call lists – no cold calling, just smart targeting and relationship building.
  • Using CRM tools to track progress, log outcomes, and collaborate with the wider team.
  • Continuously learning and feeding back ideas and suggestions, all ideas are valued.
