We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Body Builder with proven experience in MIG and Aluminium welding to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position following a successful 3-month probationary period. The ideal candidate will take pride in their craftsmanship and have the ability to work from SolidWorks drawings (preferred but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble truck bodies to high standards using MIG and Aluminium welding techniques
- Work from technical drawings and specifications (SolidWorks experience preferred)
- Operate workshop tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensure builds meet quality, safety, and customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
