Job Responsibilities
- Main Mission: Perform a range of watch repair processes to the highest standards, supporting departmental targets.
- Support the development of the UK aftersales business.
- Provide outstanding customer service to promote the LVMH brand experience.
- Disassemble watch cases and bracelets.
- Achieve workload targets within set timeframes, adhering to deadlines.
- Prepare watch cases and bracelets for polishing.
- Perform ultrasonic cleaning and re-sealing of cases and bracelets.
- Conduct water resistance tests and checks.
- Identify worn or defective components and troubleshoot as needed.
- Maintain high efficiency levels.
- Assist with parts and guarantee work when required.
- Ensure workstation tidiness and organization.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and promote teamwork.
- Conduct quality control on own work to meet high standards.
- Operate machinery safely, following safety procedures.
- Maintain and clean workshop equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Proactively develop technical skills and knowledge.
- Create a safe and orderly working environment.
- Develop in-depth product and brand knowledge.
- Support team colleagues and promote a positive work culture.
