A leading UK-based organisation is looking for a tech-savvy RTR Manager with a strong background in ERP systems, data integrity, and digital finance transformation. This is a key leadership role focused on managing the Projects subledger within Oracle Fusion, driving automation, standardisation, and insight across complex finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the RTR Projects team in delivering accurate and timely general ledger activity, with full ownership of month-end and year-end close for project-related finances.
- Optimise and govern project accounting processes using Oracle Fusion ERP, with a focus on the Projects subledger.
- Spearhead automation initiatives, process redesign, and systems efficiency using Oracle Fusion's latest SaaS releases and capabilities.
- Collaborate with ERP and IT teams to test and implement system upgrades and ensure data quality across integrated platforms.
- Use a data-driven approach to continuously improve reporting accuracy, compliance, and workflow efficiency.
- Embed a digital mindset across your team, coaching others on new tools, workflows, and performance metrics.
- Support internal and external audits with high-quality system documentation, reconciliations, and audit trail management.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion's functionality, promoting best use of system features across finance.
- Seasoned Data & Finance leader with deep process and systems expertise.
- Extensive experience working with various accounting ERPs, especially within project accounting or RTR environments (ideally Oracle Fusion).
- Proven ability to translate finance needs into system solutions, working closely with IT and transformation teams.
- Strong analytical and data management skills - able to extract, interpret, and leverage financial data for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated success in digital finance environments, driving automation, control, and process enhancements.
- Strong understanding of accounting controls, compliance requirements, and systems documentation.
- Technologically confident and curious, excited by new tools and agile ways of working.
- Background in ERP implementations, SaaS testing, or finance systems upgrades.
- Experience working in shared service or digital finance centres.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and cross-functional collaboration tools.
- Experience building or scaling digitally-enabled finance teams.
