Job Purpose With full scope to sell across ADP\’s Payroll and HR solutions, this role provides the infrastructure, presence, and brand for sales leaders to engage in global conversations with organizations. You will work as part of the leadership team and with your sales team to define individual territory plans, focusing on new prospects in the Nordics. You inherit an established, yet growing sales team. The deals you work on will vary; they could be 3-5 month processes involving 3/4 stakeholders, at €50-100,000 in year 1 revenue for a local-only offering, or longer, more complex, multi-solution, or multi-country deals at higher values. Key Responsibilities Manage the UK sales team\’s overall performance and development according to sales strategy and business plans. Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales activity plan, including pipeline and productivity management. Manage both quota and non-commercial objectives for all team members. Oversee active sales processes within the team, ensuring optimal use of company resources. Key Tasks Manage daily sales team performance, coordinate resources, monitor activities, and initiate corrective actions as needed. Manage sales opportunities through direct reports. Submit management reports timely, including updated forecasts. Supervisory Responsibilities Operate independently for daily workload management within overall strategy. Work through direct reports for specific tasks. Influence staff without direct authority. Lead the sales team in training, compensation, motivation, development, and resourcing. Participate actively in the sales management team. Skills and Knowledge Ability to analyze problems and opportunities, prioritize, and allocate resources efficiently. Deep knowledge of sales issues, preferably within payroll/HR software or services. Capacity to delegate and coordinate workloads to meet objectives within time and budget constraints. Ability to review progress, measure against criteria, and take corrective actions. Flexibility to adapt to shifting goals. Excellent communication skills, integrity, and a positive attitude. Experience Needed Experience managing remote, field-based sales teams. Leadership experience in new business sales targeting Mid Market/Enterprise customers. Proven coaching skills using structured sales processes and methodologies. 5+ years in SaaS/HCM/Tech solution sales. Track record of coaching top performers to achieve €100k+ ARR deals.
