We are seeking an exceptional Dental Office Manager to lead the non-clinical operations of our dental practice. This key leadership role is vital to ensuring an outstanding patient experience, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and supporting the continued growth of the practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Fostering a growth-oriented, positive, and encouraging environment.
- Implementing action plans to grow the patient base, production, and collections.
- Managing P&L to meet growth and expense targets.
- Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
- Coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff.
- Monitoring team and patient satisfaction, addressing deficiencies.
- Building relationships with doctors and supporting clinical support functions.
- Ensuring operational systems and processes are effective.
- Collaborating with leadership to achieve key metrics in team experience, patient care, revenue, and expenses.
- Overseeing RCM, finance, and accounting processes.
