Responsibilities Line management of the operational recruitment team, including performance management and KPI setting. Oversee workload distribution and resource allocation for efficient recruitment processes. Support team with specialist knowledge of ORACLE or similar systems to resolve issues proactively. Candidate Profile Holding or working towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience. Level 3 or above management qualification or equivalent team management experience.
