Vitality Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Working hours are Monday to Friday with early finishes every Friday 31 Days holiday Including Bank holidays + additional day for your Birthday Incentives to get December off paid Digital Rewards platform Consultiv Gold Card Birthday Holiday Day off gifted to use when you want Refer a friend Pension scheme Car benefit Scheme Tusker Key Responsibilities: B2B cold calling to build and maintain relationships with potential customers across the UK Identify sales opportunities through thorough questioning Present solutions which save our customers time, money and reduce their carbon emissions Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers Manage your existing customer accounts and renewals To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs To accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard on the organisations CRM system Working closely with a Team Manager to maximise all opportunities To gain Bills and a letter of authority (LOA) from the customer To deal with any objections that are presented with a view to turn the objection around in to an opportunity Ensure all information gathered for any customer is accurate and compliant To represent the business in a professional manner at all times Working as part of a team alongside an experienced Closing Specialist who will assist all parties in ensuring the lead is closed Skills Required Previous experience in telesales in either a B2B or B2C.
