As our Business Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our high performing, experienced admin team with a focus on Customer Service. You will be working alongside a team of 4 and will be involved in a wide variety of tasks — no two days will be the same. One day could involve customer service, while the next could focus on business administration tasks.
This position requires a detail-oriented and efficient individual who can confidently manage a high-volume workload, adapt to shifting priorities, and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

THE ROLE
- We’re looking for someone who is versatile, enjoys learning new things, likes to get stuck in, and is capable of managing a busy and varied workload.
- Oversee the main phone line, managing both inbound and outbound calls
- Proactively make outbound calls as needed, whether for client follow-ups, third-party requests or internal communication
- Management of our full quoting process, including conducting discovery calls with clients, coordinating meetings, preparing and finalising quotes
- Coordination of the email inbox by managing new client enquiries, providing project updates, requesting necessary data, and addressing general correspondence
- Support recruitment processes, including making screening calls and liaising with candidates
- Management and responsibility to coordinate and maintain diaries for both the administrative and technical teams
- Implement and maintain folder management systems, including the collation and preservation of data, as well as the establishment of new folders as required
- Ability to manage the high volume of Excel trackers and spreadsheets, updating and creating
- Perform various additional tasks as needed to support team operations

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience in a busy role is required
- Must be confident to handle inbound and outbound phone calls
- Minimum GCSE grades C and above
- Must have excellent organisational skills, adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You must be a high achiever who wants to be challenged and expand their career
- Must be experienced in MS packages (Excel to a competent level)
- Able to manage multiple tasks while working towards daily deadlines
