Role Purpose: The primary contact point in the supply chain for wholesale customers and internal stakeholders, responsible for order management, customer communication, and logistics coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage wholesale accounts and process order confirmations, amendments, and updates using SAP and other tools. Coordinate with logistics, customs, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing. Handle customer inquiries, returns, credits, and shortages efficiently, maintaining high service standards. Generate reports and maintain records for internal and external stakeholders. Support team training and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications and Experience: Experience in administration, logistics, or supply chain, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office (Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with PLM systems is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
