Job Purpose: To welcome our Hirers and their groups into the schools’ facilities, ensuring all facilities are opened and set up on time for each visit.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world-class experience for our hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
- Assist hirers with setting up facilities for lettings and school-related events, from setting up a badminton net to switching on floodlights.
- Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure the school’s premises are left as found—such as sweeping and tidying chairs or storing equipment in the gym.
- Ensure the security and safety of the school by unlocking gates and doors and making sure they are securely locked at the end of the shift.
- Complete health and safety checks throughout the shift, report hazards or faulty equipment via our platform, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Participate in full training, both in person and online, covering school site operations, safeguarding, manual handling, fire safety, and customer service.
- Support the school, hirers, and Vivify team in other activities that may arise to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
