The Education Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced program manager to drive the delivery of the programme in Germany, Italy and France. Our client is looking for someone who believes in the positive impact their products can have on teaching and learning. You will be part of a highly cross-functional team with the responsibility to deliver a cohesive worldwide technology integration coaching program. You will work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and accountability are expected.
As a member of the Education Product Marketing Team, you will:
- Manage the rollout of the programme in Germany, Italy and France, coordinating across the US team, Product Marketing, Sales and Professional Learning teams.
- Manage the enrolment, experience and support for Learning Coach candidates, coordinating across a number of tools and systems.
- Coordinate a team of Professional Learning Specialists to support the delivery of synchronous learning components of the program.
- Collaborate with existing content teams to ensure success of the learning objectives through engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning.
- Ensure quality assurance of the program along with legal and ethics compliance of all Learning Coaches.
A successful candidate will be a thoughtful, confident and meticulous program manager that helps drive action, problem-solve, and continually improve upon existing processes so that the organisation is able to deliver effectively.
Key Qualifications
- Fluent German; Italian and/or French proficiency desirable.
- 4+ years of managing complex projects.
- Strong project management, organisational, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively across the organisation.
- Expertise in collaborating cross-functionally with partners of different backgrounds and perspectives while ensuring alignment and consistent messaging across multiple stakeholders.
- Superb writing and editing skills, and fluent in drafting customer-facing communications.
- Proficiency with word processor and presentation software applications, including Numbers/Excel, Pages and Keynote.
- Ability to seek out ways to analyse and create data points to ensure a quality program and to drive timely decisions.
- Exceptional decision-making abilities, tenacity and attention to detail.
