This is a leadership role with both strategic and operational influence. Responsibilities Client Relationship Strategy β Design and execute development strategies that deepen relationships, grow revenue, and maximise upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Account Growth β Oversee strategic account management and lead efforts to exceed growth targets across key portfolios. Client Retention & Satisfaction β Monitor satisfaction metrics, resolve issues proactively, and implement initiatives to drive loyalty. Team Leadership β Inspire and manage the client development team, setting clear KPIs, objectives, and adopting performance excellence. Collaboration β Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to align business development efforts with broader goals. Market Insight β Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position services.
