Position Summary We’re looking for a Production Administrator to join our dynamic workshop team in Stansted. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to our production teams, ensure accurate documentation control, and help maintain compliance with EASA, FAA, and CAA regulations. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support & Coordination Provide day-to-day admin support to the Workshop Manager and production teams Manage meetings, schedules, and reporting needs Support the creation of documentation, reports, and internal communications Documentation & Compliance Maintain documentation related to engine maintenance operations (manuals, work packs, engineering records) Ensure compliance with Part 145 and regulatory standards (EASA, FAA, CAA) Assist with internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation Inventory & Supplies Oversight Monitor inventory levels for tools, consumables, and materials Support parts ordering and stock tracking in alignment with workshop needs Data Management & Analysis Input maintenance data accurately into the MRO system Generate reports and support data analysis to help identify operational improvements Continuous Improvement & Quality Support Assist in quality assurance efforts, workshop compliance, and training record monitoring Proactively look for ways to streamline workflows and improve documentation accuracy Office & Communication Duties Maintain a clean, organised workspace Professionally handle emails, calls, and other communications Act as a liaison between production staff and leadership to support efficient workflow Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a technical or Part 145 MRO environment Prior experience in Document Control is highly desirable Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and audit preparation Proficient in Microsoft Office and MRO/ERP systems Familiarity with EASA/FAA/CAA regulations is a plus Excellent communication and multitasking skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment Why Join GT Engine Services?
