Ashton Recruitment require a Full- Time Warehouse Team Leader for our client based in Newtownabbey.
Position: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Newtownabbey
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 12pm to 9pm
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Hourly Rate: £30,000 per annum
Duties will include:
- Unload and load trailers, and containers with products
- Heavy, repetitive lifting
- Sorting parcel by postcode and placing them in appropriate cages
- Organise and motivate a team
- Support other team leaders and work with management team
- Complete daily reports
- Ensure service is maintained within specified deadlines
- Managing the performance of the team and reassign duties if needed
- Supporting other team leaders and work with management team to improve process
- Previous Team Leader/ Warehouse management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Be able to manage difficult situations and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to carry heavy packages
- Drivers License and own transport due to location and working hours
