We’re a thriving advice organisation that is part of the national Citizens Advice network. Our services are delivered by a team of around 40 paid staff and 60 volunteers. We have a typical annual turnover of £2 million. In addition to our core advice service, funded by Wandsworth Council, we run a range of projects funded by trusts, foundations, and our local Integrated Care System. Why we need you We’re seeking two Financial Resilience Navigators to join us in launching an innovative pilot project funded by Wandsworth Council. These roles involve providing holistic support to vulnerable households to enhance their long-term financial resilience and prevent the need for crisis support. The roles include offering generalist advice and acting as advocates to facilitate access to and engagement with other services. We welcome applications from individuals with backgrounds in social care, community-based support, or similar fields. We encourage applicants who may not meet all the criteria listed in the person specifications; we are committed to helping you develop, learn, and grow. Following interviews, we may offer development roles to less experienced candidates. Our commitment to EDI We are passionate about promoting equity, valuing diversity, and working inclusively. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals, particularly from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic groups and people with disabilities, as these groups are currently under-represented in our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
