Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with speakers, moderators, vendors, and Summit participants Effectively manage email communications, including fielding queries, scheduling meetings, providing event updates, and distributing detailed participation guide Attend planning meetings and provide regular status updates to the Director Recruit, onboard, and manage a dedicated team of volunteers to support event operations on the day-of Develop and deliver a comprehensive training schedule and pre-event walkthroughs Provide on-site supervision and coordination to ensure smooth execution and swift issue resolution Ideal Candidate Strong track record and experience in event coordination Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with high-profile stakeholders Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the organising team Problem-solving mindset with the agility to address unexpected challenges Why This Role?
