This is an exciting role as a Marketing Manager for a fast-growing B2B membership organisation in the professional services space. We’re seeking a proactive, experienced marketing professional to join an expanding team as a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will take ownership of key initiatives aimed at driving new member acquisition and boosting member engagement. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead campaigns, content creation, and marketing automation efforts, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes that contribute to the company’s growth. Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in membership, subscription, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional written communication and content marketing abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Design, execute, and refine integrated marketing campaigns tailored to specific geographies, sectors, and stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Content Marketing: Oversee and collaborate on the creation of high-quality marketing content (e.g., blogs, newsletters, and other resources) to engage target audiences, ensuring effective distribution across appropriate channels, including social media.
  • Marketing Automation: Develop and optimise innovative automated campaigns to nurture leads and engage members, boosting both conversion rates and retention.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Partner with sales to implement strategies that drive pipeline growth and conversion, using insights to enhance opportunities throughout the funnel.
  • Data & Insights: Analyse campaign and lead data to generate actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and support sales efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across teams to provide marketing support for sales, member engagement, and product development initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows and systems, ensuring they are scalable and efficient.
