Job Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Health Care Provider Industries: Hospitals and Health Care Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Midwife with strong clinical leadership and facilitation skills to lead improvements in risk assessment and fetal monitoring, aligning with the Saving Babies\’ Lives 2 Care Bundle and CNST safety actions. You will be part of a team dedicated to promoting women-centered, personalized care in line with Better Births. The role involves being a visible champion for safe fetal heart rate interpretation, providing education and training to maternity staff, and supporting a physiological approach to fetal monitoring. Team and Support The Fetal Monitoring Midwife will be a member of the Maternity Faculty for Multiprofessional Education, mentored by a consultant obstetrician and midwife, working closely with Labour Suite Lead Midwives and Consultants to ensure safe and effective care.
