You will be part of a team dedicated to promoting women-centered, personalized care in line with Better Births. The role involves being a visible champion for safe fetal heart rate interpretation, providing education and training to maternity staff, and supporting a physiological approach to fetal monitoring. Team and Support The Fetal Monitoring Midwife will be a member of the Maternity Faculty for Multiprofessional Education, mentored by a consultant obstetrician and midwife, working closely with Labour Suite Lead Midwives and Consultants to ensure safe and effective care.
