Candidate Profile: Several years of experience working in a Salesforce.com environment with a passion for the tool. Dynamic, adaptable, creative, and capable of working in a fast-paced, collaborative, global environment. Primary Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for new projects and enhancements. Assist the Project Manager with effort estimates and communicate benefits and risks of solutions. Act as Product Owner: collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, prioritize backlog, and monitor progress. Own testing and implementation plans, including communication and documentation. Key Requirements: 5+ years of experience with SFDC. Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations within a software company. Salesforce Admin certification or similar preferred.
