Role Purpose The Solutions Sales Manager for the Hybrid Cloud go-to-market (GTM) will lead both direct and virtual teams to drive the Hybrid Cloud GTM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targets. The direct team includes Solution Sales Specialists and Business Development Managers. You will be accountable for GTM performance and growth, requiring strategic thinking, leadership, business acumen, and collaboration skills. Success is measured by achieving targets, contributing to UKI sales, and developing your team. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and support your team, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure they have resources and guidance to meet objectives. Focus on removing silos, preparing for growth, and encouraging learning, earning, and fun. Performance Management: Oversee GTM activities, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Strategic Development and Execution: Formulate and implement strategies aligned with company goals. Identify market trends and opportunities for growth. Financial and Compliance Responsibility: Manage financial performance, budgets, and compliance with regulations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure cohesive efforts and support sales strategies. Customer Focus and Satisfaction: Ensure solutions meet or exceed customer expectations, enhancing satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Success Measures Achievement of performance targets, contribution to UKI sales, team development, and fostering an environment of innovation and productivity. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Leadership experience in technology or IT solutions. Understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competition. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, both directly and virtually. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Results-driven with a track record of exceeding targets. Strategic thinker with execution capabilities. Ambitious, credible, motivated, and relationship-oriented. Strong time management, detail orientation, and multitasking skills.
