We’re on the lookout for a warm, professional and highly organised Head Receptionist to lead our front desk team of four in the heart of the beautiful New Forest.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience. You’ll also play a key leadership role—working closely with the Head Housekeeper, driving front office processes, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate a team of 3 receptionists
- Manage the rota to meet the needs of the business
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain a high standard of customer care and attention to detail
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
What we’re looking for:
- A process-driven mindset and exceptional organisational skills
- A natural communicator who thrives in a team setting
- High attention to detail and a calm, proactive approach
- Experience with Rezlynx and ResDiary is a plus, but not essential
The details:
- 40 hours per week over 5 days
- Includes some sleepover shifts
