Role Purpose

To create and deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding service and delivery, whilst maintaining high standards and encompassing our brand values.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly, approachable, and polite manner.
  • Work within our clubhouse bar areas serving food and drink (where applicable).
  • Fulfil all reasonable requests from customers to ensure their comfort, satisfaction, and safety.
  • Deal with challenging situations by demonstrating empathy and understanding, being empowered to make decisions to resolve issues.
  • Place the customer at the heart of everything you do.
  • Take feedback from customers and relay it to your line manager.

Team Responsibilities

  • Share knowledge and key learnings with the team.
  • Participate actively in team meetings.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with all team members.
  • Support team members by taking on jobs as needed.
