The role
Joining an upbeat and motivated team, you\’ll be providing support to customers and the sales team. Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer queries
- Building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service
- Estimating materials required to complete jobs
- Organising and sending out samples to customers
- Generating quotations and processing orders for new and existing customers
- Updating the company’s administrative online system (CRM)
- Enquiry follow-up via phone and email.
