This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brilliant Property Investment firm in the heart of London. The role involves supporting 3 partners in their London office with the potential to get involved in some exciting ongoing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Personal assistant duties for three to five Partners & senior employees
- Diary management
- Organising travel
- Answering calls & taking messages
- Processing expenses
- Arranging attendance at conferences
- Meeting and greeting visitors, setting up meeting rooms
- Inbox management
Key Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years of EA experience in financial services
