We have exciting new opportunities within our dynamic Business Development team, focusing on the State Education and Business & Industry (B&I) sectors across the Home Counties and London regions.
We're seeking ambitious, driven, and experienced professionals ready to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Whether you're already operating at Business Development Manager or Senior BDM level, or you're an aspiring future Head of Sales, we'd love to hear from you!
Who are we looking for?
You'll already be a strong client relationship builder, with a proven track record in Foodservice Sales - whether in Education, Workplace, Stadia, Events, or B&I. You're self-motivated, energetic, and bring a genuine passion for food and catering trends, especially when applied to the world of education foodservice.
Key Requirements:
- A strong network and understanding of your sector
- Proven ability to identify client needs and create tailored solutions
- Confident, articulate communicator with a professional and persuasive approach
- High levels of personal presentation and attention to detail
- Experience in a target-driven sales environment
- Demonstrated success in influencing and winning trust
- Skilled in presenting financials and commercial proposals clearly and persuasively
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Experience mentoring or supporting the development of junior team members is a big plus
