Mobility: Up to 100% Location: Your home office can be in London, Manchester or Newcastle. This role is client-facing and will therefore involve travel, working in other parts of the UK. To apply for this role, you must hold or be eligible for UK security clearance. As such you must have lived in the UK for the past five years without an absence from the country of greater than 30 days at a time.

As an Aerospace and Defense Management Consulting Manager you will:
- Lead focused project teams across a range of A&D clients & problems
- Take ownership of framing the problem, structuring the analysis approach, and lead the execution
- Coach and develop members of the team to deliver excellence
- Structure and communicate outcomes to client management teams
- Work alongside client teams to help them implement the recommendations to deliver value
We are looking for you if you have:
- 6-8 years’ relevant experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, with prior consulting experience or experience leading transformation and change initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, or equivalent experience. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus but not essential
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas – Supply Chain, Operational Improvement, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Digital Engineering, Complex programme delivery
- Exceptional creative problem solving and analytical skills
- Team leadership experience
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Fluency in English
- A passion for Aerospace & Defense, technology and innovation
