We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. What we are looking for… We’re seeking a talented and motivated designer with 3–5 years’ experience in a creative agency or in-house team. You’ll bring fresh ideas to life across digital and print, delivering engaging content that reflects our brand and elevates our communications across multiple platforms. This role is based in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Key responsibilities of the role…
- Design & Content Creation: Work closely with the Marketing, Content and Events teams to deliver eye-catching and impactful visual content.
- Create on-brand graphics for digital and print use, including campaigns, sales bids, presentations, and social media.
- Develop brand identities and visual assets aligned with our design guidelines.
- Maintain a consistent and high-quality visual style across all deliverables.
- Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices to our design output.
- Marketing & Campaign Support: Support marketing campaigns across international markets with tailored design materials.
- Contribute to brand-building activities such as PR, awards submissions, and internal culture events.
- Assist with content for the sales team, including presentations and targeted collateral.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to understand and fulfil design requirements.
About you…
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across design formats.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and CRM systems is a bonus.
- Multilingual skills, particularly in German, Dutch, Japanese, or French, are desirable but not essential.
