We are seeking a SHE Advisor to join our Southern team. The successful candidate will promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility, engaging with all management levels throughout the construction process. This role involves working across multiple sites, so a valid driving license and willingness to travel are required.
Applicants should have previous experience in a SHE role, with knowledge of the construction or house building industry. Strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and a proactive approach to safety are essential. Candidates should have a proven track record of influencing SHE best practices and fostering a safety culture aligned with our “work safe, home safe” ethos.
Preference will be given to candidates holding the NEBOSH Construction/General Certificate. Candidates should be willing to work towards this qualification and hold IOSH membership.
