We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join us! This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, offering a salary of £37,526 – £41,613 per annum (dependent on experience). The Role Reporting to the Service Lead – HR Business Partnering, this role involves supporting a multi-disciplinary team by providing advice on HR matters, including employee relations, change management, and resourcing. Your Responsibilities Supporting the business partner function by managing caseloads and advising on employee relations and organizational change, ensuring legislative and policy compliance. What We Are Looking For An experienced HR professional with CIPD Level 5 (Level 7 desirable) or equivalent experience, capable of providing comprehensive HR advice. A proactive communicator with excellent customer service skills, able to build relationships and influence diverse audiences. An adaptable individual with a solution-oriented approach.
