What You’ll Do
- You’ll own and manage the day-to-day running of our capture suites based in our Manchester office, as well as working with our global team in 2 other locations (Novi Sad, Serbia, and Los Angeles, USA).
- This role will require you to be on site and look after the people/talent we work with, ensuring that our guests have a great experience while they are with us.
- You’ll be responsible for managing the capture process, managing the team operating the capture devices, and making sure that data is captured and processed in accordance with requirements and on time.
- Create schedules based on the project requirements in collaboration with the Project Lead, considering project deadlines, budget, and quality expectations.
- Monitor and reorganize day-to-day activities.
- Track risks and work on mitigation strategies.
- Report on project status, progress, milestones, and risks to relevant parties.
- Understand all aspects involved in the production - project scope, timeline, and project requirements; process workflows, and pipelines.
- Ensure that the necessary project and process documentation is in place.
- Talent onboarding, FACS direction, and production support during and post-shoots.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience working/managing "talent". You will be working with a range of people in our facility, and you should be comfortable managing the logistics of a shoot.
- You should have some level of technical competency. This role will require you to run the scanning process, which we will teach you. However, a strong familiarity with technology and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Experience with task tracking/project planning and management software (Airtable, Shotgun, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucid Chart) and standard G Suite applications.
- Effective communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- A methodically consistent approach to repetitive tasks; values accuracy and acute attention to detail.
