About the Role Our client, a well-respected Specialist Insurer, is seeking an IT Change and Transition Analyst with experience in North American Binding Authorities. The role involves supporting the delivery of changes to IT infrastructure and services, and managing the transition of new or amended services into Business As Usual (BAU) support, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and administer change and transition delivery activities end-to-end. Ensure all changes comply with necessary processes and procedures. Oversee transition activities, ensuring completion and sign-off before go-live. Take formal control of delivery where necessary. Required Skills and Experience Background in the general insurance market, familiar with relevant business classes and territories. Deep knowledge of the workings of the London market, particularly regarding North American Binding Authorities. Understanding of how Binding Authorities operate and their relationships.
