Job Purpose We are seeking a skilled Offshore Operations Engineer with extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry and knowledge and experience in Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS). The ideal candidate will possess significant subsea experience and be adept at preparing OPEX estimates, developing operational and maintenance strategies, and creating operational diagrams and drawings. They will also provide assurance for operations and manage pipeline preparedness response schemes. This role will be on an ad-hoc/part-time basis of likely 2 days per week as a minimum, with a strong preference to spend time in our London office alongside the client team. Job scope Prepare OPEX estimates and budgets for offshore operations. Develop and implement operational and maintenance strategies. Create and maintain operational diagrams and drawings for offshore systems. Provide assurance for operations to ensure compliance with industry standards. Coordinate pipeline preparedness response schemes and strategies. Design and execute offshore TAR (Turnaround) strategies. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for offshore systems. Manage threat and anomaly registers for offshore operations. Document and manage preparedness response system protocols. Establish preventative maintenance and inspection routines for onshore and offshore assets.
