Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Katie Bard A prestigious members\’ venue is seeking an exceptional Memberships Manager to join their team on a 9-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to drive member engagement, recruitment and retention strategies for a well-established organisation. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Board and Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 7 including marketing and front of house. Undertake comprehensive research including member profiling, segmentation, satisfaction analysis and competitor research to fully understand the current and potential market. Contribute to the delivery, review and refinement of the venue’s strategic plan \”Exceptional Experiences\”. Develop, implement and monitor marketing plans focused on brand awareness. Lead the communications strategy across multiple channels including digital platforms, the venue Web App and traditional PR. Continually refine the prospective member journey Manage the new member onboarding experience, using CRM systems to customise interactions and ensure mechanisms are in place to help members achieve their goals. Collaborate with departments to design, promote and deliver engaging member events. Nurture relationships with commercial partners and stakeholders. Lead the team responsible for member recruitment, experience and retention. Set performance development plans and monitor achievements. Manage the annual budget and produce regular executive reports on activities, targets and ROI.
