Your new role Provide service architecture and design, including service organization design, service management tools and processes, service desk and reporting design, service integration, and supplier management. Promote the adoption of reference service architecture processes, such as ITIL & SIA. Collaborate with various teams and prospects to devise solutions based on customer requirements. What you’ll need to succeed Proven experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of IT service management principles, processes, and frameworks. Commercially astute and confident in a customer-facing role, capable of giving presentations, writing proposals, and conducting customer calls/meetings.
