We pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of interactive storytelling and gameplay. As we evolve the World of Assassination , we need a Senior Gameplay Animator to create immersive and slick gameplay animations. If you want to make your mark on a globally acclaimed IP and work with a world-class team, this is your chance. What You Will Do Collaborate with animators, designers, artists, and programmers to realize the animation vision for the game. Work primarily with motion capture data, refining it to meet high visual standards. Partner with programmers and designers to ensure animations meet technical and gameplay requirements. Manage animation content from planning, mocap shoots, editing, to in-game implementation. Use proprietary Glacier 2 engine and DCC tools to deliver high-quality animations. Implement feedback constructively throughout development stages. Who You Are 5+ years of experience creating gameplay animations for AAA games, with at least one shipped title. Experience with MotionBuilder (Maya knowledge is a plus). Strong understanding of animation pipelines and gameplay integration. Proficient in working with motion capture data. Basic knowledge of cinematography, composition, and camera language. Deep understanding of human and animal anatomy, body language, and emotion. Ability to capture timing and subtlety in movement and facial animation. Proactive, detail-oriented team player with a passion for quality.
