Resilient, they enjoy the challenge of proving change can be delivered on time, with full scope and within budget. They are change agents who play the part of project manager, trusted advisor, team leader, impossible problem solver. They are rare but inspiring. They lead by a thoughtful reflective action. Knowing when to drill down deeper to understand the issue, and when to make a decision without full information. They are wise and empathetic but most of all they are committed to outcomes.
