Role: Supervisor
We are seeking a warm, passionate, talented, and friendly Supervisor to join our team in Beverley. You will be working 14 hours per week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Play an active role in store sales growth through commercial and KPI analysis.
- Inspire the team to deliver against store targets and KPIs.
- Model exceptional customer experience standards and support the team in achieving them.
- Support the manager in maintaining strong connections with customers and communities, fostering collaboration.
- Assist the team in the manager's absence and take on key responsibilities.
- Follow all health, safety, and security guidelines.
- Review and action replenishment needs to ensure best sellers are available and the store presentation aligns with VM guidelines and commercial best practices.
