Role: Supervisor

We are seeking a warm, passionate, talented, and friendly Supervisor to join our team in Beverley. You will be working 14 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing

1. Play an active role in store sales growth through commercial and KPI analysis.
2. Inspire the team to deliver against store targets and KPIs.
3. Model exceptional customer experience standards and support the team in achieving them.
4. Support the manager in maintaining strong connections with customers and communities, fostering collaboration.
5. Assist the team in the manager\’s absence and take on key responsibilities.
6. Follow all health, safety, and security guidelines.
7. Review and action replenishment needs to ensure best sellers are available and the store presentation aligns with VM guidelines and commercial best practices.
