Our professional client is seeking a Senior Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Manager in overseeing matters of accounting and finance within a small and busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in posting sales, purchase and cash transactions
  • Assisting with the maintenance of purchase ledger
  • Processing monthly payroll payments
  • Assisting with preparation of audit materials, and interacting with internal and external auditors
  • Preparing quarterly VAT return
  • Reviewing year-end accounts
  • Invoicing

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant finance experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Sage advantageous
